What makes a strong candidate

Immersive training is not the right tool for every learning objective. It becomes compelling when learners need to move through a space, handle an object, follow a sequence, recognize a hazard, make a decision, or experience a consequence.

  • High-risk procedures that are difficult to rehearse safely
